Orders and Shipping

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders within 3 business days. This is the time required to prepare and ship your order and does not include delivery time by the carrier.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest without registering or creating an account in our online store.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to countries within the European Union as well as to other international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the destination country and the type of products ordered.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply. These costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can all chemical products be shipped by courier?

No. Some chemical substances are subject to transport restrictions. If a particular product cannot be shipped, this information is clearly stated in its product description.

What should I do if I have trouble paying for my order?

Please contact us at kontakt@szlachetnafotografia.com, providing your order number. We will check the status of your order and help resolve the issue. There is no need to place multiple identical orders.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can change the delivery address, add or remove products, or make other adjustments.

Simply email us at kontakt@szlachetnafotografia.com, providing your order number and details of the requested changes. If necessary, we will also adjust the total amount payable.

Products and Advice

Are your products tested in practice?

Yes. We work with historical and alternative photographic processes ourselves. We use the materials we sell in our artistic practice, testing, and workshops. This gives us first-hand knowledge of their properties and practical applications.

I'm not sure which product to choose. Can you help?

Of course. Tell us which photographic process you are working with, what results you want to achieve, and which materials you already have. We will help you select suitable products.

Can I use your products for my own experiments?

Yes. Many of the materials we offer can be used in various photographic and artistic processes. However, always consider the chemical properties of each product, its intended use, and the relevant safety precautions.

Photography Workshops

Do you offer photography workshops?

Yes. We organise workshops dedicated to historical and alternative photographic processes.

Our "In-Person Workshops" section lists workshops with confirmed dates. If no workshops are currently listed, this means that we are not planning any group workshops in the near future.

We can also arrange individual workshops. If you are interested in learning a particular photographic process, please contact us to discuss the programme and possible dates.

Cooperation with Institutions

Do you work with museums, cultural institutions, and schools?

Yes. We cooperate with museums, galleries, cultural institutions, educational establishments, and other organisations.

We supply materials for historical photographic processes and provide training, workshops, and other educational activities.

Can institutions order products and services with deferred payment terms?

Yes. We offer deferred payment terms for institutional purchases of products and services. Our standard payment term is 14 days, although longer terms may be agreed upon.

We issue invoices through Poland's National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), including cases where the purchaser and the recipient are separate entities or organisational units. For example, a municipality may be the purchaser and payer, while a school is the recipient of the goods.

For institutional orders, we recommend contacting us by email and providing a list of required products or a description of the requested services, complete invoicing details, recipient information, and the preferred payment term.
