Pictorico Ultra Premium OHP film in A3 format

Pictorico Ultra Premium OHP in A3+ format (pack of 20 sheets) is designed for printing digital negatives with inkjet printers. It is primarily used in photographic processes based on contact printing.

It allows you to prepare a large negative from a digital file without the need to produce it on film using a large-format camera.

Microporous coating with high ink capacity

Historical photographic processes place particular demands on the negative. In contact printing, the material must not only have the appropriate size but also allow sufficiently high optical density to control the amount of light reaching the light-sensitive layer.

Pictorico Ultra Premium OHP has a microporous coating with a high ink capacity, which:

• accepts large amounts of ink,

• helps reduce bleeding and smudging,

• allows high black density,

• preserves fine image detail,

• works with water-based pigment and dye inks used in inkjet printers.

Digital negatives for historical photographic processes

A negative printed on Pictorico film can be prepared for a specific photographic process by adjusting its contrast and tonal curve accordingly.

The film can be used for processes including:

• cyanotype,

• platinum and palladium printing,

• Van Dyke brown,

• salt printing,

• albumen printing,

• gum bichromate printing.

It can be used for both black-and-white negatives and negatives with colour correction curves used in some digital negative workflows.
